This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube (collectively, the "Social Platforms"). Each Social Platform is a completely separate entity from Sponsor. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor, not to any Social Platform. By participating, each entrant releases each Social Platform from any and all liability in connection with this Sweepstakes.
1. ELIGIBILITY
The $20k Cash + SUPER PokeGodPacks Mystery Box ~ Giveaway!!! ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority where they live. Internet access and a valid email are required. Proof of age and residency may be requested.
Employees, officers, and directors of CyberTyTube, LLC ("Sponsor") and their parents, affiliates, agencies, and contractors (together, the "Sweepstakes Parties"), plus their immediate families and household members, are not eligible. "Immediate family" means spouse/partner, parents, guardians, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children, grandchildren, and their spouses. "Household" means people sharing a residence at least three (3) months a year.
If a single household enters using more than five (5) unique email addresses, all entries from that household may be disqualified at Sponsor's discretion.
By entering, you agree to follow these Rules and accept Sponsor's decisions — including its interpretation of the Rules and selection of the winner — as final and binding. All federal, state, and local laws apply.
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes runs from September 20, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) until October 31, 2026 at 10:00:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
3. HOW TO ENTER
There are multiple ways to earn entries during the Sweepstakes Period. Each method is subject to the conditions described below. No entry method is required; any one method is sufficient to enter. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Follow Sponsor's designated account(s) on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube as directed on the entry page at www.cybertytube.com to receive entries as specified at the time of the promotion. A social media account in good standing is required. Following must occur during the Sweepstakes Period.

Like or comment on Sponsor's designated post(s) on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube as directed on the entry page at www.cybertytube.com to receive entries as specified. Comments must comply with each platform's community guidelines. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries containing offensive, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content.
3d. SHARE OR TAG A FRIEND
Share Sponsor's designated content or tag a friend on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube as directed on the entry page at www.cybertytube.com to receive entries as specified. The tagged individual must be a real person and not a duplicate or fictitious account. Spam tagging will result in disqualification.
3e. VISIT A WEBPAGE OR PRODUCT PAGE
Visit a designated webpage or product page as directed on the entry page at www.cybertytube.com during the Sweepstakes Period to receive entries as specified.
3f. REFER A FRIEND
Refer a friend using the designated referral mechanism at www.cybertytube.com. Entries will be awarded as specified on the entry page when the referred individual completes a qualifying action as defined by Sponsor. Self-referrals, duplicate referrals, and referrals of fictitious persons are void.
3g. MAKE A PURCHASE
Qualifying purchases made at www.cybertytube.com during the Sweepstakes Period earn entries as specified on the entry page. Entries are based on eligible purchase amounts (excluding tax, shipping, credits, and discounts). If you return a purchase before the drawing, those entries are voided. Purchases must complete before the Sweepstakes ends and are subject to verification. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING relative to other eligible entry methods.

3h. SUBMIT A REVIEW OR PHOTO

Submissions must be original, must not infringe any third-party rights, and must comply with Sponsor's content guidelines. By submitting, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your submission in connection with the Sweepstakes.
GENERAL ENTRY CONDITIONS: Each entry must include all requested information. A confirmation on the website is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. Entries via third-party services, automation, scripts, or bots are void. The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for technical issues, or for incorrect, incomplete, or illegible contact information. Entries in excess of any applicable per-person or per-household limit will be void.
4. DRAWING AND ODDS
One (1) potential winner will be selected on or about October 31, 2026 in a random drawing from all eligible entries. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
5. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE CLAIM
The potential winner will be announced live on Sponsor's social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and/or YouTube) on or about October 31, 2026 at 11:30 PM Eastern Time (ET). The potential winner will also be contacted by email (or other contact information provided at entry) within a reasonable time after the drawing. Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for failed delivery, spam filters, full inboxes, or outdated contact information. Notification is deemed complete when the email is sent or the live announcement is made, whichever occurs first.
The potential winner must sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and Prize Acceptance Agreement (the "Declaration") within five (5) days of notification. Failure to respond, ineligibility, undeliverable notification, or other non-compliance results in forfeiture, and an alternate may be selected — up to three (3) alternates, after which the prize goes unawarded. The potential winner is confirmed as "winner" only after Sponsor verifies eligibility.
If the winner is below the age of majority where they live, a parent or legal guardian must co-sign the Declaration.

6. PRIZE
The prize: $20,000.00 USD cash (awarded in the form of a check, wire transfer, or other method at Sponsor's discretion) and one (1) SUPER "PokeGodPacks" Pokemon Card Mystery Box (the "Prize"). Approximate retail value (ARV): $22,500.00 USD. Actual value may vary with condition and market; any difference between ARV and actual value will not be paid out.
The Prize is provided "AS IS," "WHERE IS," WITH ALL FAULTS, with no warranties of any kind — express or implied — including merchantability or fitness for purpose. Accepting the Prize means accepting it as-is and waiving claims about its condition or use.

All rights in such advertising belong to Sponsor and its licensors; the winner waives any related claims.
8. FORCE MAJEURE AND MODIFICATION
If the Sweepstakes is disrupted by events outside Sponsor's reasonable control — including fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, labor disputes, equipment or service failure, civil unrest, terrorism, war, government action, or interference by any party — Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate it. Sponsor may also modify, suspend, or terminate if anything corrupts the integrity, security, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes. If terminated, Sponsor may award the Prize via random drawing among non-suspect, eligible entries received before the disruption.
9. CONDUCT
Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for entrants' attempts to circumvent these Rules or to interfere with the Sweepstakes. They reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who is, or is suspected of, violating the Rules, behaving disruptively, harassing others, or tampering with the entry process — and to void all related entries.

11. RELEASE AND INDEMNITY

13. ARBITRATION
Both parties agree to resolve all disputes through binding individual arbitration, except that Sponsor may seek injunctive or equitable relief in state or federal courts in the State of Maryland. In arbitration there is no judge or jury, and review is limited; the arbitrator's decision is final and binding.
Arbitration will be administered by JAMS Inc. under its streamlined rules, before a sole arbitrator. If JAMS Inc. cannot set a hearing within fourteen (14) days of a Demand for Arbitration, either party may elect another mutually agreeable provider. Any in-person hearing will take place in the State of Maryland. The same governing law applies.
No class actions. Disputes are arbitrated individually only. If a court finds this restriction unenforceable, the arbitration agreement does not apply and the dispute must be brought in a court in the State of Maryland. If the Privacy Policy and these Rules conflict, these Rules control.
GDPR NOTICE: If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, please note that your personal data will be collected and processed by Sponsor for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes. The legal basis for processing is your consent, given by entering the Sweepstakes. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time (which will not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal) by contacting Sponsor at cybertytube@gmail.com.
